Twenty11 tenants and staff get together for a long-awaited catch-up

On Thursday 25th May, we held an in-person get-together for our tenants to come down, talk about what’s on their minds, hear more about our realising potential approach - and eat lots of ice cream!

We held the event at The Works in central High Wycombe, and ten of our tenants came down to say hi – we also had a surprise appearance from the sun!

It was great to hear so many meaningful conversations taking place, and we were delighted to see real-life connections being built with our tenants.

We first heard from our CEO Alan Keers, and following on from this our Twenty11 experts Kirsty, Holly, Maddie and Nichola took over and split the group into two teams to discuss all things Twenty11. Some great ideas were being shared within the two groups about how we can improve our services and we even realised the tenants themselves were able to help one another achieve their goals. By chance, two of the tenants in one group had a passion for floristry, one being a professional florist who offered to help her fellow tenant and new friend however she can.

Everyone then had the chance to catch up with one another, ask any more burning questions - and of course treat themselves to a well-deserved meal from the restaurant.

Thank you to every tenant who came down to see us today, we can’t wait to do it again!
