PSP supports tenant's drive to succeed

Pattern circle

From the beginning of her tenancy last year, Michelle was keen to set up a Personal Success Plan with one of our CPSs and was dedicated to realising her potential.

Michelle’s main goal was to get back into work and she knew that learning to drive would increase her opportunities and help to achieve this. Michelle and her CPS set up a manageable 6-month goal of passing her theory test and staring her driving lessons, this was to get her mobile and put her in an excellent position to find work. Our Senior Community Potential Specialist also worked on an Aspiration Pot request to secure six driving lessons for Michelle to give her the kickstart she needed in succeeding. Michelle was thrilled when this request was approved!

Fast forward to March 2023, and Michelle has successfully passed her theory test and has already started taking her driving lessons. The Twenty11 Team will look to check back in with her over the coming months to see how she's getting on and to support further with work opportunities.

Michelle commented, "Thank you so very much for the help and support that I have received from you with this opportunity to start driving. I have come very far and I couldn’t have done it without your help. So thank you again I am truly grateful."
